Im Studio (45m²) finden Sie eine Sitzgruppe mit Sat – TV, ein Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und eine 3m große, gut eingerichtete Küche mit Eßplatz. Im geräumigen Bad ist neben Dusche, WC, Fön und Waschbecken weiterer Schrankraum vorhanden. Vom Wohnzimmer aus können Sie direkt in den Garten gehen.
Die Benutzung des großen privaten Schwimmbads (10m x6mx1,5m Höhe) mit geräumiger Liegefläche inkl. Sitzmöbel ist selbstverständlich im Preis inbegriffen.
Alle Gäste können außerdem Waschmaschine und Gefriertruhe mit benutzen. Weiter stehen Ihnen mehrere Liegen, Sitzplätze im Innenhof sowie Garten zur Verfügung, wo Sie auch einen Platz zum Grillen finden.
In kühlen Tagen sind Wohnraum und Bad beheizbar.

Vom Wohnraum aus führen zwei Sprossentüren in den Garten bzw. in den Innenhof und eine Tür ins Bad (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, Fön). Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett, ein eingebauter Schrank und viel Platz für ein (vorhandenes) Kinderbett – bis ca. 4 Jahre. Vom Schlafzimmer aus können Sie direkt in den Garten gehen.

Casa de San Ramón in Casillas de Morales, Fuerteventura - Mitte Gemeinde Antigua
Das 300 Jahre alte kanarische Herrenhaus wurde von den deutschen Eigentümern unter Beihaltung des alten Stilelements liebevoll restauriert.
Das Anwesen San Ramón besteht aus dem Haupthaus mit seinen originalen „Mudejar“ – Decken und seinen geschnitzten Holzfenstern und –türen. Dort wohnen die Eigentümer.
Das Gästehaus ist mit dem Haupthaus rund um einen großen baumbestandenen Patio verbunden und liegt am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes in der Gemeinde Antigua in der Mitte der Insel.
Die Benutzung des großen privaten Schwimmbads (10m x6mx1,5m Höhe) mit geräumiger Liegefläche inkl. Sitzmöbel ist selbstverständlich im Preis inbegriffen.
Im Nachbardorf befinden sich ein spanisch geführtes Restaurant und ein kleiner Supermercado für die nötigsten Dinge. Touristisch genutzte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie in Antigua oder den umliegenden größeren Orten, ca. 15 km entfernt.
Das große Ferienzentrum „Caleta de Fuste“ mit allen Touristenattraktionen, wie Golfplätze, Meeresaquarium; Badestrände etc. liegen nahebei. Zu den kilometerlangen, feinsandigen Stränden im Süden oder Norden fahren Sie jeweils 40km.

The studio is about 40m². It contains a bright combination bedroom (with space enough to add a baby’s cot, up to 4 years) and modern kitchen, with a double bed, wardrobe and couch, Satellite TV, and a separate bathroom with shower, WC, wash basin and hair dryer.
The extensive gardens are open to all and garden furniture and barbecue facilities are available with which to enjoy them.
The use of the big private swimming pool of 60m² (10m x 6m x 1.5m height) as well as well the pool furniture is included in the price.
All guests may use a communal washing machine and deep freezer.

The apartment opens up through French windows to the central courtyard on one side, and on the other directly to a garden on the sunny side of Finca. Casa de San Ramón/Casillas de Morales, Fuerteventura - Middle of island Commune of Antigua Casa San Ramón - is a 300 years old traditional Canarian Finca (farmhouse) located on the outskirts of a small village in the commune of Antigua, on an agricultural plain in the centre of the island surrounded by volcanic hills.
Casa San Ramón has been lovingly restored in period style by its German owners, Jochen and Lucia. It is one of a few remaining buildings on the island which still have original “Mudejar” wooden ceilings, seat windows and carved doors. The turreted main house, in which the owners live, and the adjacent guesthouse enclosed a large central courtyard where two threes provide shade and colour.

The neighbouring village contains a local restaurant, serving typical Spanish food, and a small supermarket which should provide for most needs. Larger supermarket can be found in the tourist resort of Caleta de Fuste on the coast about 15km to go together with attractions such as beaches, golf, an aquarium, restaurants, bars and nightlife.
The famous long sandy beaches of Fuerteventura lie about 40km to the north and south of Casa San Ramón. Here diving schools, surf stations and glass-bottom boats are located.
The guest house contains an apartment for 2-3 persons and a studio for 2 persons.
